 Sane might be at Real Madrid but I get your point. But there are players as 
quick (just not as skillful) in the Championship and we did ok. 
I think what may set us apart and help us is the highly drilled nature of the 
team. This will now be the third year with Bielsa. Hopefully that will on the 
whole overcome individual shortcomings.

I can't help feeling that we're gaming the transfer system
uncharacteristically smartly at the moment. Maybe.

I reckon we've told Ben White to hold out and not sign a new contract and
we'll be patient and sign him either in Jan or next summer when his value
will have dropped as his current contract will be running down. The only
danger there is that some bastards like L/pool or Chelsea might come in and
offer 40 million for him.

The other thing I noticed was a comment that the hierarchy are working on
building a dynasty on the coaching side. I have a hunch that they have
