I think Cooper did ok yesterday but again the two big gaffes in defence were
both from him. The deflection and misdirection to one of their forwards right
in front of goal. Plus I think he has a bit of a deer in the headlights look
when he has the ball.

The Pontus situation sounds more than a bit iffy.
I've had a feeling all along that he was too good to be true. Why were
Torino happy to get rid? I think he himself has said that he had a bad knee
injury which they didn't think he'd come back from. But could it be some
character flaw?
I thought Cooper played OK yesterday, and I think he's had some great
moments over the years, but I think we are diminished without Jansson.
At the same time, though, I am pleased for Cooper. I think he's kept his
head down and worked hard without making a big fuss like Bamba obviously
did, and I'm glad he's getting a chance now.
