Just saw your inquiry.
Try Kreg Tool Company at:   Steel TapesYou can bump two together (Left & Right
reading ones) to give you the "center reading" effect.
Or try Incramental Tools:    Imperial Scales  (Scroll way down the page)

And of course - Amazon - Here is a link to what is supposedly made by (for?)
Starrett:   Starrett Tape - 12'
(At that price - it is supposed to be Starrett?  I suspect its made in China.)
Good luck,
Mac

the Legacy is 15" form out rail to rail, So a  tape with 0 and 7.5" on ether

The only drive gear I see is the "A" gear - in the drawer - 5th photo.  Assume there's another drive gear in the "drive train" as set up.So that makes two.  I don't see the other five - although they could be hidden under some of the stuff in the drawer (5th photo).Looks like there are both the Left & Right directional gear units - one in the gear train and the second in the drawer (5th photo).Yes - a great deal - with all those router bits and including the router.Somebody near Chi-raq will get themselves a nice Mill.Mac-Original Message-

It is a 900 with the ball bearing headstock so it’s more likely a late model since it also has the longer aluminum rail on the y axis.  This allowed the owner to update to the z-axis upgrade. The leadscrew in the front has ball bearings so that also points to a late model. The legs are an accessory as is the router bit holder that is mounted in the front.  No rotary table but there is a circle cutter in the drawer. They also have the extended pattern follower.  It’s a screaming deal if you ask me. Interesting listing. Thanks for posting it, Curt.

He does state:

"Photo is stock if you are interested let me know and I can get more detailed
photos."

That leads you to think there's only one photo - a "stock" one. I think the
first photo (which is NOT his Mill) is one he cut-pasted from the internet. It
could be one owned by a Group member.

He has since posted "more photos" - and they are most likely of the Mill he is

Any guesses/ideas as to which specific model it is?

Has any member turned one like this one? How did you do it - What bits, etc.?

I hope the current owner is a member of our Group and will enlighten us. Also
- if you are - Best of luck with your FaceBook sale and tell whomever buys it
about our Legacy Ornamental Mill Group. They will appreciate what they can
pick up on/learn here.
