I am having the same problem.  After using Legacy 7.0 Deluxe for the past four 
months (running it with XP/SP-2 and IE8) with no mapping-function problems, 
today I found that the mapping function no longer works.  The symtoms are the 
same as described below by Charles Apple and also as reported today on the user 
group by Kay Fordham.  I am wondering if something changed in the Bing mapping 
resource that rendered Legacy's map function inoperable?
