>From the main menu select Search->Search and Replace, or just type Ctrl-H.
Then clickk on the field that says Surname and scroll down the field to the
Notes field you want. This will do a global replace.

For your information that is Source Detail Text/Comments. If you Search & 
Replace using Citation-Text you will be able to change them all.

You either want Citation-Text or Citation-omments, depending on where 
you actually typed the word.


(Legacy sometimes abbreviates Master Source and Source Details to 
"Source" and "Citation" respectively.)
