viewed'. I could not find that option, has it been discontinued? I hope not!

Please advise. I started with Options>Ribbon>Set Startup Family, but, could
not find 'Last Viewed', how do I do that?

Hi Bill

The program is basically the same in terms of content, but the 
deluxe version enables a lot more of the functionality.


If it is the same as Legacy 8.0 there should be a Unlock Legacy 
Deluxe option in the Help tab, where you then enter your name, as when 
you bought it, and customer number.

You should be asked for your customer number at some stage of the
installation process, as I understand it.  (It's a long time since I
installed Legacy and I forget things!)

Additionally your customer number will be in the format 9x-xxx-xxx-xx for 
Legacy Version 9.  It should be in the email you received.

Hi

Yes, this does seem to be settings on the Descendent Book Report. 
Looking at the report options, there is a flag for Children of Each 
Spouse which is disabled, so it must be an option in one of the reports 
- the Descendent Narrative Report does have the ability to include the 
spouses' children, but it does not seem to work either.


I would suggest that you raise this as an issue with the developers 
- Help / Support Ticket - and hopefully it will be resolved at some 
point in the future.

I have a question concerning FGS and descendants reports.

I have  a situation (A) where the father had a child from a previous
marriage. Another situation (B) where the father married a widow who had a
child from a previous marriage.

In neither situation, basing these reports on the FATHER, does the child
from the previous marriage show on the reports. The previous spouse is
noted, but not the children.
