Maybe. I'm not sure which report you are using but it is common to not
repeat the same text over and over. Normally in genealogy we use ibid
for this, which is better than just a name because it signals a
repeat. Try going into Options > then Customize > It will pop up a
dialog box and Select Sources (on the left side) > Once that loads,
scroll down to 7.8 Citation Formatting and ensure that is checked.
That does not repeat the source, but will indicate it's a repeat. If
it is already checked, try unchecking it and see if that fixes the
problem. There's more settings though to play around with.

Report menus have their own settings. When you select a report, you
there is a tab for Sources which are additional options. You can play
around with those and preview the differences. It just takes a little
time to get used to it.

I'm sorry this isn't more helpful but just wanted to let you know that
there are many options to look for. I wish I could be more specific.

Hello! I was in on the original Legacy/MyHeritage half-price offering and mine
was just renewed by them with the discount!

I have not seen any other offers recently, but then again, I am a full member.

Hi

I think that you have to look at this in a couple of ways.

1. Does it provide you with information that you are not already getting
from other sites, like Ancestry, FindMyPast etc. Note that there seems to be a
'free' option with a limited number (250?) of individuals in your tree, if you
load it. What other options does it have, such as links to other members trees
and under what conditions.

2. As a business, does it seem to operate in a sensible way. I know that
there were offers for a half-price joining cost to Legacy members, and there
seem to have been issues in getting that to continue on extension. Is their
support service efficient.

Personally, when I first found them many years ago I did not, since they
were not offering anything that I did not have. But that will depend on the
services that you use and the countries from which you might need information.
Since then, I have put up a cut down version of my tree in the free option, and
have never found a need to look at the data that they have, but then I use
Ancestry, FindMyPast, Genealogist and FamilySearch, and sometimes GeneaNet.

Chris

Not sure if this is on topic or not since Legacy and MyHeritage have merged.

I just received a special offer email from MyHeritage which sounds interesting.
However, before doing anything, I would like to have the opinions of other LUG
members who are subscribed to MyHeritage as to find it worthwhile or not to
have a subscription.

Thanks in advance.
