Hi Caren,



I seems that there are several that are experiencing ‘Error 3265”.  There have 
been several comments on this.  The simplest is to boot you computer in safe 
mode and do the Check/Repair.  I haven’t tried this yet.



I hope you have better luck than I have had with Legacy Support and this issue.



This is the only response I have had (below).  I was given a ‘ticket number’ 
but no answer. That was a month ago!

I suggest you contact Support for help with this set of errors.

Next time, don't leave it so long between doing File Maintenance - Check/Repair.
It really is necessary for keeping your database healthy.

You should have a backup and can restore the backup if anything does happen to 
go wrong in the process.

Can someone help me or do I need tech support

 

I watched video of G. R. and decided to do as he suggested. So, I went to file maintenance and clicked check/repair. When I tried to get back in I received error 3265. I checked this out and it said to upgrade. I tried but it said Legacy14.dbm missing.


I tried to put it back in from recycle and can now get into Legacy. However, errors abound cannot open profile, error 53, problem red mark will not access problem. Cannot access a file in Legacy 8?
