Hi Rolf,

If you look at the Marriage/Relationship Information window, you'll see a box 
that can be checked for "This couple did not marry" - in your situation, I'd 
check that box.

You can also click on the Wording Options tab and choose your own terms of 
choice.

[LegacyUG] Relationship question

I have a female family member on my tree, This person had a one night affair 
and she had a child from this. My question is do I link these two people, or do 
I show them as two individuals with the child linked to both?  I don’t want 
this to show as a partnership on any reporting. 
I would appreciate any help.

screen.  When they are red what does that mean?
