Hi Phil, I got this yesterday and sorted it today. The link also worked for me in Chrome but I use Opera. The solution was to clear findmypast cookies. Clearing just the cache didn't seem to work which I guess is expected since the error mentions cookies. If you don't know how to selectively delete particular cookies in Firefox you'll need to clear them all and sign in again to every site - so I trust you use a Password Manager.
