It's not simple to compare the features of an online tree like MH and a 
desktop program like Legacy. Legacy has far more features.

However I think the free MH tree is just limited by number of people.

Note there is also MH's desktop Family Tree Builder that syncs with an 
MH tree. It hasn't anything like the features that Legacy has.

I have a free (250 person limit) MH – not the paid subscription which 
may have more capabilities than just more persons.
