For backing up you might like to try sync.com. You get 5GB free and a
lot of goodies others don't offer.

It doesn't back up media to the cloud. You would have to do that yourself to a
cloud service (Google, OneDrive) etcbut a word of cautionread the small
print before you signup.

I keep my backups mostly local. I backup my critical files once a week and have
copies off-site too.

I finally upgraded from L8 to L9.
I backed up Family and MM from desktop to Legacy Cloud and then restored Family
file from cloud to laptop. I liked that part.

I know of no way to get to my MM backup from the cloud though. Help please?

Thew cloud backup only includes your family file. Multi-media is not
included. That is why the cloud backup should be considered as an
emergency backup and be supported by other backups on and off your
computer. To store media backups in the cloud you will need another
cloud storage option like OneDrive, Dropbox or other storage services.
