Re: [LegacyUG] Sharing Family Tree with relatives that don't have legacy
When I create a descendants report to email, the family the entire family repeats, 3x's, the same descendants, in 3 different colors. This happens when I create it from my 3 times great grandparents. Does that make sense? Re: [LegacyUG] Sharing Family Tree with relatives that don't have legacy
You can create a descendant report, and when doing so save it as a PDF file. You can then attach this to your email and send it to her. If you need to know how to do this mail me Rich Rfalzini@yahoo. Re: [LegacyUG] Sharing Family Tree with relatives that don't have legacy
Here is how I share my file 1. Open legacy and go to your earliest ancestor on the section you wish to mail 2. Then Click reports then all reports 3. from here click descendants 4. Configure your options ie. Index and report options and Title page 5. On the same screen click PDF File 6. Then click create 7. Save file where you can find it.. I save to desk top for easy access 8. Attach to email and send, I send a BCC to my self to insure it mailed correctly Any questions???
