When in the Index view, click Options. At the end of each Field Name, there is a box containing three dots. Click on the box at the end of the first empty Field Name. Pretty neat CE - I had not used this approach, having opted for the 'Tools' -- 'Set Relationships' feature that placed the relationship above the individuals home screen.
