1.Legacy 9.0 Deluxe software via instant download
2.Official 301-page manual (PDF)
​I downloaded the program but I cant find​ the Official 301-page manual. Have I 
missed something?

Check the bottom of your email receipt. My receipt shows a URL, password, and  
a notice of ‘unlimited access’. I just checked that URL and see the download 
information for BOTH Legacy 9 and the pdf of the user guide.
