These seem to be the normal backup files, which are usually named with 
the legacy database name from the .fdb and followed by a date and time 
stamp and with extension .zip. Effectively, you can delete any of these, 
though I would normally keep the last few plus ones later back if 
needed. If you are using media files, these would create their own 
backups with -media on the end and you might need to restore these 
separately (I have never had to do this).


You can recover these through the normal Restore step in Legacy.  If 
needed you can open the default sample database and use that to get to 
the Restore step.

[LegacyUG] Which file do I choose?

Each time I sign out from Legacy, I am asked to backup any changes I made.
This makes a new updated file with the latest information. I now have a
folder with an overabundance of files.
Can the old ones be deleted?

My second question is, recently had to have a new OS installed due to a
