Michele, When you open the To Do List window for a person, look over to the right and under the “Help” button where you should see three icons. Roll your mouse over each to see what each icon does. You can copy a complete To Do item to the Clipboard and then merely paste it onto the To Do Lists for your remaining two people.
If you had more than 2 people, you could instead add just one General To Do item. It’s your choice.
