Yes, indexing of any kind can be difficult since everyone thinks differently! But I assure you, Dave has added many index keywords when I've passed on suggestions for them! Sherry, I try the Legacy Help search first, often nothing useful with the words I search for. Then I use Google. That usually works. Sometimes it provides the word I need to search for in Legacy Help. I never completely trust anything I find on the web. Suggestions take time... And often are never implemented. Jay, Sherry, When users post to the list asking for help because they are not able to find what they are searching for I think it would be advantageous if they would mention the terms they used that didn't work. This could help develop the keyword list for future releases. I often find answers with Google when I can not find them with Legacy's Help. No help menu will have all the right words in their list. We all think differently!
