Speaking from experience, having 'authored' one such file, deciding what words

Yes, indexing of any kind can be difficult since everyone thinks differently!

But I assure you, Dave has added many index keywords when I've passed
on suggestions for them!

Sherry,

I try the Legacy Help search first, often nothing useful with the words
I search for. Then I use Google. That usually works. Sometimes it
provides the word I need to search for in Legacy Help. I never
completely trust anything I find on the web.

Suggestions take time... And often are never implemented.

There is a Search tab in the Help file that can be useful if you
 search on an uncommon word.

We're more than happy to take suggestions for indexing words - just
send them in on a Suggestion form.

Jay, Sherry,

When users post to the list asking for help because they are not able to
find what they are searching for I think it would be advantageous if they
would mention the terms they used that didn't work. This could help develop
the keyword list for future releases.

does not and I would like this pop up box restored.

 Hope someone can help.
