The other instances of UNICODE= have the quotes, that's why I have added them
here, anddeemed the modification "cosmetic". We could also remove all the
double quotes in similar assignments. Those are not needed. But we have a lot
of them...

At vim ATM ;) My SBU is usually around 100 s... NB: this is a build on a qemu
VM with vmware vga... I'll build X tomorrow (9:40pm here. I can wait for the
end of the LFS build, but after that, I'll go and sleep). Arrgh: systemd build
just run with 4 processors (I have not thought that NINJAJOBS=1 was needed)...
Will have to do that one again.
