Hi All, I am conducting some research on M&E tech tools that can be used for data collection in repressive environments. Would appreciate hearing about what works and doesn't and know what is being used in the field. I have come across a ton of M&E tech based tools, but they are predominantly only useful in open societies. Interested in tools and techniques. Any new ones coming down the pipeline?
