I want to thank everyone in the dev chat. You really helped me from the first step till the last day in any question I asked, thanks to the amazing mentor Cloph everyday he was there to help me,learn new things, explain the documentation and the tasks to do and I wouldn't continue without him, thanks to Ilmari for being always active and respond to everything was asked and thanks to Olivier for being comentor to the project. GSoC week 5 summary : Integrating .ui dialogs with strings
Hello guys what was done in the 5th week: * Python script that assign each screenshot to it's unit ids. * Python script that POST screenshots and associate source string with screenshot. Gsoc week 3,4 summary : Integrating .ui dialogs with strings
Hallooo This 2 weeks is full of final exams so i decreased the flow a little * output the mapping in the form of Json to be processed with other tools/scripts later . * fixed the paths to relative paths * started the script of querying the unit id of each screenshot * started the POST script of posting the screenshot. What will i do till the evaluation : *finish the scripts and posting them to gerrit to be reviewed *generating the summary file that contain screenshot name ,screenshot id ,associated unit id and location - context pair. wish me luck in the exams , and i wish luck to all my peers in the exams and gsoc too . Gsoc week 2 Integrating .ui dialogs with strings
Helllooo This week was pretty interesting , going deep to actual coding The task is to map between screenshot and some corresponding strings * Write Python program to get every screenshot path and get it's UI path and UI context and map them as key : screenshot path , value : pair < UI path , UI context > that is done because you have to pass strings whenever uploading screenshot to weblate so automating the process of uploading the screenshots needs this mapping. finally cleaned up the code alittle .
