The table frame borders are correctly rendered by Firefox/IE. But Chrome and other webkit based browsers(Safari) won't render. See attachment image. We found in the HTML output of Calc includes TABLE tag, and it states FRAME=VOID. If this option is removed, webkit can correctly render frames of tables. This is reported by Kenta Terado at disc...@ja.libreoffice.org on January 7th. And I confirmed it by reproducing it. Though this is a web-browser issue, and not exactly a bug of LibreOffice Calc, I suggest removing FRAME=VOID is easy way to solve this problem. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email --- You are receiving this mail because: --- You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs

Resize the group again 6. Try to undo The more resizing you'll do, the worse the problem becomes. Flowcharts are a particular problem with this bug. I am attaching 3 documents that display how a flowchart using this option is completely messed up. The correct behavior for shapes with this option enabled would be to prevent resizing of the shape while allowing resizing of the other elements of the group containing the shape. As this problem cannot be fixed with the Undo command, it has the potential to lead to serious formatting loss and thus I believe that the severity level is Major. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email --- You are receiving this mail because: --- You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs

Reading the wordcount patch I suspect it may be some re-use of the: void ViewShell::SetCareWin( Window* pNew ) use / concept - at least Notes uses that too; as does the red-line merge/accept changes dialog, as does the insert footnote dialog etc. Quite why Notes would want to do that, I don't know. We'd want to add that to sal/osl/unx/file.cxx (osl_syncFile) inside some #ifdef LINUX guard I guess. Then we'd want to add an osl_syncFile to the end of our export logic, which is slightly more involved; I suspect ucb/source/ucp/file/filstr.cxx /closeOutput/ - anyhow - first steps first. After one has copied a chart and adjusted the data range one always has to change the first (label) row back to the original. In the above example I would change $Sheet1.$A$2:$B$2 to $Sheet1.$A$3:$B$3 and then would have to revert $Sheet1.$B$1 back to $Sheet1.$A$1:$B$1 or my freshly copied chart would become corrupted. I noticed that LibreOffice sometimes recognizes a corrupted data range and fixes it, but when the data range is more complex than in the above example then data ranges get seriously corrupted and charts turn to garbage. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email --- You are receiving this mail because: --- You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs

'/' '-' (plus the locale's date separator if it differs) is accepted, e.g. 22.11/99 in a locale's DMY order. In many cases this leads to forced dates if in fact the input should be treated as text instead. Implement a match against locale dependent date acceptance patterns to form a valid date. Additionally, ISO 8601 -mm-dd input must still be valid in every locale, a match against an already applied date format should be recognized as well, if not contradicting. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email --- You are receiving this mail because: --- You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs

https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=44643 Bug #: 44643 Summary: Difference in fractional font size handling in .ppt files, Impress vs. Powerpoint Classification: Unclassified Product: LibreOffice Version: LibO 3.4.4 release Platform: x86 (IA32) OS/Version: Windows (All) Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: medium Component: Presentation AssignedTo: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org ReportedBy: mat...@caltech.edu Created attachment 55386 -- https://bugs.freedesktop.org/attachment.cgi?id=55386 example PDF with fractional font sizes (exported from Inkscape) LO 3.4.4 release MS PowerPoint 2003 Windows XP SP3 1. Create a drawing with fractional font sizes (not integer points) in Inkscape, save as PDF. 2. Import PDF in LODraw 3. Copy drawing 4. Paste drawing into LOImpress 5. Save as .ppt file. The resulting .ppt file has the following issues: 1. In LOImpress the text looks as it did in the PDF but the font sizes are improperly displayed as whole integers when the text is selected. That is, text which is 12.8 points is said to be 13 points. 2. When the .ppt file is opened in PowerPoint (2003) the font sizes are identified as the rounded to the nearest integer values AND they are also drawn that way. Consequently, the resulting .ppt file does not look the same in Impress and PowerPoint. Clearly Impress is storing the fractional font sizes in the .ppt file somehow, but however it does this isn't being honored by PowerPoint. Ideally the .ppt store would be done in such a way that Powerpoint can use the fractional font sizes. Otherwise at least throw a (specific) warning. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email --- You are receiving this mail because: --- You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs

[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 44644] New: VIEWING: Diacritics in fullscreen
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=44644 Bug #: 44644 Summary: VIEWING: Diacritics in fullscreen Classification: Unclassified Product: LibreOffice Version: LibO 3.4.3 release Platform: Other OS/Version: All Status: UNCONFIRMED Status Whiteboard: BSA Severity: normal Priority: medium Component: Writer AssignedTo: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org ReportedBy: novot...@gmail.com Created attachment 55389 -- https://bugs.freedesktop.org/attachment.cgi?id=55389 Prntscreened fullsreen window with n on the last row, where should be ň Problem description: Steps to reproduce: 1. enable fullscreen view 2. write letters with diacritics, but not pre-defined on keyboard, only letters which needs to hit diacritic first and letter second. I write in czech language and on cs keyboard we have letters such as s, z, c with hook above, but when i need type n or d with hook, i need type hook first and the letter second and in that case, this problem occurs. Current behavior: the key with diacritic symbols (hook and comma) appears like not working at all, when I hit it and then hit letter key, it writes letter without diacritic and it is not problem of graphic, the diacritic simply isnt there (spellcheck shows red underline). This behavior appears only in window, that is or was in fullscreen mode and only in libreoffice software suite (i tried writer and calc) and what is interesting, since i enter fullscreen, the diacritic dont work in that document window even if i leave fullscreen mode, so entering fullscreen possibly crash something permanently. If I keep this document opened and open new one, in new document the diacritic works, so it is only problem of window, that was in fullscreen. Expected behavior: when hit diacritics key and then letter key, libreoffice write letter with diacritic. Platform (if different from the browser): LibreOffice 3.4.3 OOO340m1 (Build:302) under Debian Squeeze. Pretty common setting of LibreOffice, except using of my own defined toolbars, using of quickstarter and disabled loading of java runtime. The color of text and bullets changes, making the presentation unreadable. I tried fixing it in the slide master, but those changes are not saved either. This applies to some of the pre-made slide designs. This is unfortunately a major bug. I can't use it for presentations at all because they formatting changes and it's completely unreliable. - Create a new empty presentation - Choose a slide design. I tried Blue Lines and Gradients and Blue and Grey. Both have this problem, probably others. - Make a slide using the default outline (bulleted) layout - Save the document - Open the document. The formatting of everything but the first line will be gone. The text and bullets will be a different color, usually black, often unreadable against the background. - Click View - Master - Slide Master. - Highlight the outline text box and hit the Bullets and Numbering button - Change the bullets back to yellow for all levels and click OK. Nothing changes. - Highlight the text and change the font color. Borders thickness are very helpful to categorize documents, organisation etc... Please implement this.
