So: a) NOT localization-specific, at least not specific to Russian UI, and b) NOT platform-specific. To test, I did: 1) Start LibreOffice 3.6.1.2. 2) Create a new Writer document. 3) Type some nonsense. I used just a single word: build followed by a single newline/carriage return; this was really nonsense, because the default language was German, and therefore build was marked as wrong by the little red wavy line. 4) Select Tools Spelling and Grammar... from the menu. 5) Go word for word over the text, replacing every word by some choice from the replacement list and clicking Change, until LibreOffice says Spell checking is complete; for me, the final result was: Bild still followed by a single newline/carriage return. 6) Now take a look at menu Edit: the first entries now read Rückgängig: Überschreiben: $1 Wiederherstellen Letzter Befehl: Überschreiben: $1 I will attach a screenshot of this result. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email --- You are receiving this mail because: --- You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs

https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=50860 --- Comment #4 from lucy lus...@hotmail.com 2012-09-12 07:35:25 UTC --- I have same problem -using version 3.5.6.2 (on Windows 7) Producing summary sheets referenced to data in 16 sheets. Arranging summary data from each sheet in rows - in the same order as sheets in file. The row order of the references become jumbled randomly but the references within the row remain the same and rest of data copies correctly (including formulas with in the rows) A problem because in my case the rows are then labelled as containing data from another sheet -just glad I realised it had happened. Copy sheet next to original works, copy in another sheet position references become jumbled. Repeated copying in same position maintains the same jumbled order, copying into another sheet position jumbles reference but in a different order. My sheet references have format =sheetname.$C$122 - changing to =$sheetname.$C$122 stops the jumbling but shift F4 does seem to add the $ to the sheet name and if this is required it should happen when you are linking to another a sheet... I don't know why, but this issue doesn't appear allways, but very often. Perhaps especialy with texts copied from mail (today at least I have had again this problem in relation to mail/LOffice). Sometimes a document where I had this problem, suddenly, has it no more. You could do these steps: 1.- Either open LOffice and select Document of Text (Writer) or open some text you already have. 2.- Open mail. Select a piece of text (command + C) and past it in the Writer (command + V). 3.- Does appear the pasted text where you decided or rather at the end of the document and without format? [Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 52147] LibreOffice hangs as soon as any page in Preferences is selected.
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=52147 --- Comment #8 from Roman Eisele b...@eikota.de 2012-09-12 08:51:44 UTC --- Mac Accessibility Related Bugs Survey Results - All tests done on Mac OS X 10.6.8 (Intel). To test, I used the following steps: 0) Rename your LibO user profile folder, to make sure that there is no influence of any special settings on the test (I always do so before such tests). 1) Start LibreOffice; - the Start Center window appears. 2) Select LibreOffice Preferences... from the menu; - the Options dialog window appears. 3) In the list at the left side of the window, click on any top-level entry -- I mean, one of the entries Load/Save, Language Settings, LibreOffice Base, Charts, Internet, which can be unfolded to show the sub-entries. - Most times LibreOffice will crash now; if not, click on another top-level entry. It _may_ be necessary that the top-level entry is not unfolded, but closed before you click on it. However, the formulae for each line are displayed as : B2 =CNUM(A2) B3 =CNUM(A3) ... Additional hints: This bug is very similar to bug 52147 and bug 54282, which have been both fixed by Michael Meek’s patch for bug 47368: http://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/commit/?id=3234b715b5a6d13ee673b41066eb565706be5ec9 Therefore it seems probable that this bug, even if it was still reproducible under special circumstances, has been fixed by that commit, too, even if there is a little difference (the present bug is about a hang, but bug 52147 and bug 54282 are about crashes; but this difference may be explained easily by the different version of LibO and/or Mac OS X). Cf. also bug 33359, which is even more similar to the present bug (about a hang, too), and which is very probably fixed by the commit cited above. I can open Original-PPT-2010.pptx with MS PPT Viewer. I can confirm that Original-PPT-2010.pptx saved from LibO as Original-PPT-2010_savedfromlibo361.pptx can not be opened by MS PPT Viewer (error message different from the ones in test kit), so the suspect that there might be a LibO bug is at least plausible. LibO and AOOo 3.4.1 open Original-PPT-2010_savedfromlibo361.pptx without problems. Comparing Original-PPT-2010_savedfromlibo361.pptx and Original-PPT-2010.pptx the main difference seems to be that the original containsa .png without any compression, while the png in Original-PPT-2010_savedfromlibo361.pptx is compressed. No idea whether that difference is part of the problem. Not a special 3.6.1 problem, I get the same errormessage for a .pptx saved from LibO 3.4.5. Saved from LibO 3.3.3 can be opened by PPT Viewer, but that's empty. I think someone with pptx knowledge will have to check this. @Florian: Is the test from c't available? This is also indicated by the fact that the crash dump attached to the present bug contains many (recursive) references to hitTestRunner(); there was a problem with endless (?) recursion of this function which should have been fixed by the commit cited above. This means in turn that this bug should be marked as a duplicate of bugs 52147 or 54282, which were fixed by the commit cited above. [Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 54809] New: MAILMERGE: Printing address labels is incorrectly calcualted in end layout
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=54809 Bug #: 54809 Summary: MAILMERGE: Printing address labels is incorrectly calcualted in end layout Classification: Unclassified Product: LibreOffice Version: 3.5.4 release Platform: Other OS/Version: All Status: UNCONFIRMED Status Whiteboard: BSA Severity: normal Priority: medium Component: Writer AssignedTo: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org ReportedBy: hvdw...@gmail.com Problem description: I created an address database in LibreOffice Base. I wanted to use these to print labels containing all the addresses. In Writer I selected New-labels and selected the format Avery A4, label L7160. The L7160 label data for the template (sizes, spaces, margins) was correct. I merged/created the document. The error is that the horizontal separation distance between the labels is not calculated in the end result layout. These L7160 Avery labels are 3x7. Horizontally there is a 0,25 mm separation between the labels, which is correctly noted in the template. In the final generated documents these labelinterspacing is not correctly taken into account which means that the second horizontal label shifts 0,25 mm to the left and the third horzintal label shifts 0,5mm to the left. Current behavior: horizontal label interspacing is not applied in final layout. Expected behavior: horizontal label interspacing should work Platform (if different from the browser): Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:15.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/15.0.1 -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email --- You are receiving this mail because: --- You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs
