[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 31270] Impress V3.3.0 Beta does not save Interactions that are assigned to Form Controls
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=31270 --- Comment #6 from irs irsb...@hotmail.com --- Created attachment 76896 -- https://bugs.freedesktop.org/attachment.cgi?id=76896action=edit Impress Example with BASIC macro to correct missing parameters With regard to interactions, the two properties for Form Controls that do not get saved to the Impress.odp file are OnClick and Bookmark. As a workaround a subroutine can be launched upon loading the file and it will restore these two parameters. The attached file is a one slide Impress presentation that contains a BASIC macros to restore the onClick and Bookmark parameters for two Form Controls, push button and image control. As the file is loaded it executes a subroutine to correctly set the OnClick and and Bookmark parameters. See Module1 for more information and to read the BASIC code. Additional Note: I also found that for Push Button Form Controls the font size does not seem to get saved. Upon reloading a file it will come up with the default font size label on the push button. The macro in the attached example file also corrects the font size on each file load. This font size issue is a seperate bug. https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=45721 --- Comment #10 from Eltomito tomaspa...@centrum.cz --- Hi! Thank you for filing this bug report. I've always considered this a fatal disease a document can catch from a couple of dashes being typed in consequence. This is SO annoying. I've been experiencing this for YEARS and the only two remedies I've discovered are 1) undo (losing all text typed afterwards) 2) save as plain text and reopen (losing all formatting in the document) My suggestion: I think the feature would be actually really useful, if the line was an object of the same type as a hard page break - something you insert as a character and can delete later on as a character. This paragraph-border implementation is way too cryptic for me. https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=58381 Brenda Granados bgra...@gmail.com changed: What|Removed |Added Status|UNCONFIRMED |NEW Severity|major |normal Ever confirmed|0 |1 --- Comment #1 from Brenda Granados bgra...@gmail.com --- Hi, thank you for submitting a bug report. Here are the steps I followed to reproduce your issue: 1. Create a new Writer document. Add text in the main body. 2. Add a few (3-4) endnotes. Insert - Footnote/Endnote. Select Endnote. 3. Click on the page with endnotes. 4. Press F11 to pull up the Styles and Formatting window. Select Page Styles, then highlight Endnote. 5. Right click Endnote - Modify. Select 3 columns. 6. Click Apply and then OK. Expected Result: Endnotes page split into columns. Actual Result: The other pages are split into columns. The Endnotes page is unaffected. According to the LibreOffice wiki for Endnotes, the user should be able to change the page style of the endnotes page by going to Styles and then Page. So the above directions should work. I did find on the Inserting and Editing Footnotes and Endnotes page of the wiki that you can alter page properties by going to Format - Page, and then selecting the Footnote tab. However, this only accounts for things like the separator line, and the distance from the main text, etc. This is an annoying bug, but I think that the priority should be lowered. A major bug is something that includes broken functionality to print, install extensions, is tediously slow, or does not allow some documents to be opened. I would consider this as normal- prevents a user from making professional quality work.
