If you could send us a file that was created in excel and then a modified version of the file which was outputted from libreoffice where the hyperlinks are lost, we can investigate this further. [Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 79305] FILESAVE: relative file hyperlinks saved as absolute
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=79305 --- Comment #3 from Edgar Grill edgar.gr...@alice.it --- Confirmed in LOO 4.2.3 (Windows x86) --- Another method you could try for healing already corrupted files is to programmatically search and replace the link targets in CONTENT.XML unzipped from the ODS file. This could be easily achieved massively via GNU sed (invoked by a script which runs over a collection of files) - or by hand with any text editor - because link target are stored in this way: style:hyperlink xlink:href=protocol://target xlink:type=simple/ Where protocol stands either for file or http So, if we have: style:hyperlink xlink:href=protocol://absolute-path/target-file xlink:type=simple/ We can easily revert it to style:hyperlink xlink:href=protocol://relative-path/target-file xlink:type=simple/ By stripping away the fixed part of absolute path: sed -i '' 's/part-of-path-to-strip//' content.xml in all hyperlinks included in the same spreadsheet. In order to identify the string to strip (or modify...), you can also take a comfortable look to the XML with a web browser. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs

Steps to reproduce: LibreOffice is having multiple documents open and their displays are scattered over my multi-display X-desktop. When I scroll an XLS table (longer than fits in display window), but have latest window selection at other libreoffice window (like Writer's window): scrolling (with mouse scroll wheel) over XLS table produces messy display of XLS. When I select the XLS table, and then scroll over it, there are no problems in XLS display output. When I select anything else, and then scroll over XLS table, there are no problems in XLS display output. Additional observations: Multi-displaying same document in Writer seem to sometimes confuse which display is being used. This happens especially when zoom levels are different. https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=74834 --- Comment #13 from crx...@hotmail.com --- (In reply to comment #12) Does setting PickListSize affect only thumbnails display or are you just setting the recent file list to zero? If its just setting recent file list to zero then the solution is just a hack, disabling a useful feature to hide an undesirable addition. I was going to ask the exact same question. Simply disabling the recently used text list is NOT the solution to this problem and if that is what is saying, then the title of this enhancement and priority should be reverted back to what it was.
