This I've tested 3 times with the same result. But why isn't it possible to decide wether to delete the user settings during the deinstallation? It is standard behavior for most Windows software to retain user settings after uninstallation. It turned out that the new behavior of the Paste Special dialog caused me the problem. In the previous versions, the focus of the Paste Special dialog was the OK button. Version 4.4, the focus of the Paste Special dialog was the NEW Value only button. When I did the step 4 from the reproduction procedure by pressing the Enter button (since the formula option is checked). The result was copied by value instead of copy with formula as in the previous versions. Steps to reproduce: 1) Start Writer (a new document is created). 2) Use from the menu bar: Insert - Image... (a dialog opens). 3) Check the Link checkbox, write an existing image URL into the file name text field and press Open. 4) Press the Keep link in the confirmation dialog. 5) Click to another position in the document. 6) Repeat the steps 2 - 5 twice again. Expected result: There are three images in the document. Current result: There is only one valid image. Instead of the two other images there are only two frames where URLs and Read-Error texts are displayed alternately. In some occasions, all images are correctly displayed first but after moving the view it changes to the state described before.
