[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 90452] Breeze icons poorly visible in Start Center
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=90452 --- Comment #44 from Pedro pedl...@gmail.com --- (In reply to andreas_k from comment #43) Attached the Application Icons for the start center in 48x48px. Thanks. I was hoping for a modified images_breeze.zip but no problem, I already hacked it ;) It looks pretty good! Actually nicer than the Tango icons :) The icons are different than the mimetype like breeze icons which are now in the Start Center. I would prefere the app icons because you start the app and not an odt file. But when we choose the app icon the minimum size is 48x48px in the original size (32x32px) you can only choose the mimetype icons. Personally I find the Breeze icons too thin, so I'm using Sifr (or a hacked version of Industrial...) But I do like these easily recognizable icons on the Start Center! Of course they don't match the Sifr theme at all... -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs

On the ID field the autovalue by default is set to no. Change it to yes. Its always best to have the ID field automatically increment numbers for you within your database. It looks like you've added 139 fields of data before which is why the ID field reads a value of 139 instead of 0,1,2,3...and so on. 3. under forms, ht click mouse to edit mode. Insert a navigation bar listed on the right side toolbar at the bottom (looks like a double down arrow). This will easily allow you to save, move forward and move backwards within your records. [Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 91879] EDIT: wrong behaviour of a form's trigger when changing the record
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=91879 --- Comment #6 from christian_k...@gmx.net --- Created attachment 116360 -- https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=116360action=edit expected behaviour for event (german) For Version: 4.4.3.2 Build-ID: 88805f81e9fe61362df02b9941de8e38a9b5fd16 Gebietsschema: de_DE Now I have tried a little bit more and could reproduce the following: 1. Press Next Record on the navigationbar. Messagebox appears two times. I agree. 2. Move the mouse over navigationbar. If you reach Next Record the messagebox appears again two times. I agree. This is, what I mean. I would expect, that the macro only will be executed, before the record will be changed I have marked the context help with the expected behaviour for this event trigger in the attached screenshot. For this I must press the Next record button. All other buttons without the Next Record button will be not selected, if the mouse pointer moves over them. This seems to be buggy. The rowcounter changes to next row. I cannot confirm. The row counter changes only the row, if I press the Next Record button and not, if I move the mouse pointer over it and do not press it. 3. Move again over navigationbar, special Next Record - nothing happens. I agree. For OpenOffice.org 3.2.1 OOO320m19 (Build:9505) ooo-build 3.2.1.4, Debian package 1:3.2.1-11+squeeze2 1. Press Next Record on the navigationbar. Messagebox appears two times. I agree. 2. Move the mouse over navigationbar. If you reach Next Record the messagebox appears again two times. I can agree for OpenOffice.org 3.2.1 and Debian / Squeeze. If I start from a side of the navigationbar and move the mouse pointer over other buttons and stop then over the Next Record button, then a messagebox appears for two times. All other Buttons without the Next Record button will be not selected, if the mouse pointer moves over them. Perhaps this is buggy. (This is a difference to my last test, where the messagebox only appeared, when I had closed the second messagebox after changing the record (by pressing the Next Record button) and had moved then the mouse directly to the Next Record button without pressing it.) 3. Move again over navigationbar, special Next Record - nothing happens. I agree. The message box appears only one time (for two times) after I have changed the record. Separation of the offline (aka. embedded) Help as a separate download installer remains intentional and will not be revisited. It is necessary because as a cross-platform application (Windows, Linux, OSX, Android) the code base is simply too complex and too large to maintain as a monolithic installation containing all 50+ supported languages. The core program originated as German from its earliest StarOffice days, but was reworked into Technical English during OpenOffice era. There is a robust internationalization/localization (i18n/l10n) community that actually processes the 10's of thousands of strings, providing translation into location appropriate user interface. That is done both for the core program and for the help--and as release cycle roles around those localized sources are each built and bundled for deployment. The core installer contains all localizations, the localized helppack is built independently and provided as a separate installer for each of the supported OS. Since you mention NVDA screen reader use, for a11y support, users should be aware that the Project has been working to improve its hybrid Wiki style Help system which will provide much better assistive technology support via browser. The offline local help will also be restructured--but will remain a separately downloaded and installed component. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs

This happens when a change in style between paragraphs occurs for different hits, for example if the hit is in a footnote versus main text. Other style changes cause it too. You have to return your attention to the find bar and adjust the mouse position after each next click. https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=91896 --- Comment #2 from Patrick Sedgwick patrick.sedgw...@btinternet.com --- Hi Raal, Thanks for your suggestion. My Insert File... feature works a little differently from the one you pointed to in online help. That online help talks about an Insert toolbar, but the inbuilt help from my LibreOffice version does not. Instead, it says (under Inserting text documents): = To Insert a Text File 1. Place the cursor in the document where you want to insert the file. 2. Choose Insert - File. 3. Locate the text document that you want to insert, and then click OK. = Maybe I misunderstood the intention of the Insert File... menu option. I thought it meant you can insert any one of a variety of file types. If the intention is that only *.txt files can be inserted, maybe it would be better to re-write the menu option... instead of: Insert File... say: Insert Text (*.txt) file... And maybe the error message box, instead of: Read-error. Error reading file. could say: File insert error. Only *.txt files can be inserted. I tried Insert Object OLE object, but it does not work. It just places an image, of part of the first page of the PDF file, into the Writer document. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs

[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 91421] Spell checker seems not to work at all; installation as default mode today.
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=91421 Aphreally hughes1...@gmail.com changed: What|Removed |Added Status|NEEDINFO|UNCONFIRMED Ever confirmed|1 |0 --- Comment #8 from Aphreally hughes1...@gmail.com --- I'm not chasing any further along this track - - - If the bug (however you define it - I don't care) is fixed, I'll see it in the release fixing it. In my opinion it shouldn't matter what path you use to open a new file, the program should behave in the same way on the opened file, at the first edit and at any later edit. If it doesn't, that says something about internal linkages, I would have thought - not that I know the correct programming terminology. https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=40534 --- Comment #26 from Duarte duarte.fra...@gmail.com --- Tested once more with Apache OpenOffice Portable 3.0.0 (OOO300m9 Build9358) and the glitch is already there, with exact same symptoms (screen tearing with hardware acceleration enabled, solvable by turning it off).
