[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 82319] use modern OpenGL for OpenGL canvas
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=82319 --- Comment #4 from Riccardo Magliocchetti--- FYI samuel_m is currently working on cross compiling libo to js with emscripten here [1]. In the browser we have this thing called WebGL which is a port of OpenGL ES 2.0. OpenGL ES 2.0 is AFAIU OpenGL 2.0 without the deprecated fixed pipeline. So if taking this in consideration during the rewrite would be not much hassle we can have a nice rendering path for free on the browser. Steps to reproduce: 1. Open LibreOffice Writer 3. Type some text 4. Select the text and use the "Font Colour" icon in the sidebar to change its colour. Current Behaviour: Part of the icon (the "a" symbol) disappears. The bottom part of the icon which shows the colour remains. Open file, first page now already has 'Right page header', with no need to edit or navigate! Change start page number - header on first page is now a first page header *and the text has auto-reset to 'First page header'*, which I hadn't seen before, because my 'start pages' had a blank header. Save/Close - re-open - back to first page being a 'Right page header' again. This problem only discovered because a failure in creating a master file (see bug report 94690) meant that chapters had to have page-numbers set correctly before PDF creation, with chapter-PDFs being stitched together subsequently. As with 94690 and 94437, Writer files seem to hold old discarded text, and resurrect it - in this case innocuously, but in other other cases very unwontedly. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs

This causes problems as other odf software (calligra, mso) show it in the old way, and ooxml files import with the incorrect looking square gradient. Also the gradient labelled 'Rectangular' was also changed 'Square' at the same time and this doesnt correspond to how the gradient looks. This was even with a user profile ported from the old system. Rebuilt under OSX 10.11 with all the trimmings, installed 5.0.1 + en-gb lang pack, no problem. Downloaded 5.0.2 from libreoffice.org, started OK. Added en-gb lang pack, no problem starting and adjusting to UK. Apropos user profile (as per suggestion), I zapped then it so LO could recreate it, also works. As existing profile was 65M in 1024 files and fresh profile is 1.6MB in 125 files I'll leave the new one as it holds no traces of legacy. Conclusion: more likely an issue with OSX installation. [Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 94736] Certain border properties for custom style are not retained in template when reopened or documents based on template
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=94736 --- Comment #1 from natedhee...@gmail.com --- I've tested this a bit more and the problem occurs without involving templates (besides the default one, since there's no template-less document as far as I under it). The issue seems to be triggered when I change the 'Line-Style' to certain lines. For example, it does not trigger with the regular single line or the dotted line, but it will consistently trigger for the double-line with the thicker upper line. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs

These forum threads are about LO releases, while kompilainen's report is only about master (otherwise it must be a dup of Bug 76239). kompilainenn claims that the version of 201 448 bytes doesn't work, but the one with 203 372 bytes works. https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=94621 --- Comment #13 from Bernard Moreton--- I suggested using odd numbers, not even ones! What I was getting with this example was (a) a bad start on opening the document, with the First page showing as a Right page header, (b) a good reset after changing the start page number, so that the first page got a first page header (and that as the text, because I put it there in the first place), but (c) after Saving and Closing in a good header state, then on Openig again, the first page immediately reverted to be a Right page header (again with that as the text). If you're not getting the same behaviour for (a), (b), and (c), then (as Alice would say), curiouser and curiouser ... I'm getting this consistently, with any document I use, except that where I set the first page header as blank, then I have to manually blank it after (b). -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs
