Not sure how one reports the following:

I have been using 5.2.0.0.alpha0+ with some big complicated spreadsheets,
documents and presentations and it behaves exceptionally well - kudo's to the
development team. 

I use calc and writer daily, many times, and impress at least 1/week. And I am
using it not just for testing (against all advice - I guess that reflects my
confidence.)

The only issues I have in descending order of importance:

useful stacktrace with a "~* kp" from the WinDbg command line. The first thread

I tried to confirm if this issue exists in
LibreOfficeDev_5.2.0.0.alpha1_Win_x64, but I'm not able to reproduce the issue
in this version.

Different behavior is that the side toolbar shows "Properties for the task that
you are performing are not available for the current selection". This avoids
the possibility of causing the crash that I saw with 5.1.2.2.

Also realized that the shape colour can be changed, using right click on the
object, select Area and then choose the colour. This works in both 5.1.2.2 and
5.2.0.0.alpha1.

Should we mark this as resolved?

Demo which prints wrongly

If all columns are set to "Optimal Column Width", then when the spreadsheet is
printed, some columns of numbers appear as "###" instead of the numbers which
are visible in the normal spreadsheet view.

Whether or not this happens seems to exquisitely depend on the font used and
the exact magnification of the table when printing, etc.

Attached is an example document.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Open attached "hashchars_when_printed.ods"
2. Click in corner to select all cells
3. Place cursor in column-header-row and RightClick->Optimal Column Width...
   Set "Add" to 0.  Click OK.
4. Print the page, or File->PagePreview

RESULTS:  Nothing but "###"
EXPECTED RESULTS: WYSIWYG (i.e. the numbers shown in the spreadsheet should
appear)

I can confirm this problem on my Mac OSX 10.11.4 setup (as quoted above).

NOTE: A number of apparently NEW interface BUGS have appeared in LO 5.x which
as far as I can see have not been seen before - such as bug numbers 93185 and
97731 - and which in my view have significantly degraded the usability of the
Base component compared with the version 4.x series (to the point where I felt
it necessary to back-grade to this earlier version). I really hope these new
bugs will be addressed soon.

Please answer here.

If you want to save the format you can't use csv type file, they are plain text
files, so no format is saved with them.

Once open choose SaveAs to save in the ods native format as spreadsheet, your
format will be preserved.

Older versions had the same issue back to 5.0 at least.

I don't think it was the same bug. I re-did the above work, finished the
drawing, and saved several times along the way. I re-opened it to check
something didn't change anything, and had LibreOffice hard freeze on quit. So
the bug I'm encountering isn't linked to repeated copying and pasting.

Yes, you are right, I can use the context munu -> Line dialog the width field
to change the line width, and set the globle unit to pt, I can get the right
line width use the Line dialog, but in the sidebar Properties deck, I just only
can change the line width by click the up and down arrow in the Custom area in
the drop down menu or select the width directly, can not tying any number in
the box, when I try to left click select the box(can not select it at all, the
curser can not blink in the box) and typing any charactor, the Draw is
cracking...

Thanks for your recommends, I used the sidebar when I found the bug, I could
not typing number to change the drawed line width in the sidebar Properties
area where the context menu -> Line dialog the width field can. But I found the
side bar Properties shows the width unit in pt, but he context menu -> Line
dialog the width field in inch, when I typed width unit in pt in Line dialog,
it seems work very weird, maybe the accuracy problem or something else, it
won't the line width which I want in the Line dialog but the side bar. I don't
know the problem only in Ubuntu or the other OS system the same.

There are alphabets, abjads, syllaberies, etc., such as the Phags-pa,
Mongolian, Chinese, Korean, and hieroglyphic systems which do not have to use
or simply do not use the traditional left to right or right to left text flow. 
One such can be found at the following: http://www.mongolfont.com/ .   If the
text flow could be set to various directions (R to L, L to R, T to B, B to T)
this would make the use of traditional languages, either as subjects of study
or attempting to hold their own in the face of extinction in an era where
technology is not produced for their needs, accessible in the modern world.

Of these languages, modernizing to include Mayan might be the hardest as it
operates in pictographic syllables arranged in pairs running from top to
bottom.  It would be like allowing two Kanji/Hanja/Chinese Characters on a row
writing down the column.

I cannot code.  I study linquistics, history, culture, etc.  Programming is not
only beyond me, but the last language that made any sense to me was GFA basic
decades ago.  However, as a philosopher and student of history it is my hope
that this change will be important to you since it will provide access to those
human expressions struggling to stave off extinction or find a place in the
modern world.

Addendum: It takes about 6 seconds on my system until the undo is enabled after
opening the document. Guess this time is needed to parse through the entire
document. Meaning also that I always have to agree to close without saving
changes. Even after 10 seconds.

Movement of slides was introduced with enhancements of bug 91909 -- where
Caolán later reverted use of the  and the  keys for slide navigation
as the shortcuts broke legacy text editing.

And here this remains a simple conflict with selected shortcuts--these
++[Home|Up|Down|End] text movement and selection text edit
functions are still in conflict.

Pretty sure they are reserved inside edit engine -- and so got missed when
reviewing Accelerators.xcu for use for slide movement shortcuts.

@Jay, Philippe -- if we can not isolate behavior of the Slide sorter pane from
the active elements on the slide canvas then we have to change the chosen
ShortCuts for slide movements.

Believe the newer feature should get new shortcuts. And the legacy (and arcane)
assignments in edit engine (used in all modules) should be left alone.

I'm on Arch Linux x86_64, LO 5.1.2-1 and GTK 3.20.3

as title explain and the attachments show, there is a problem with LO dialogue
boxes, print and save as well as all windows "born" from LO, e.g. options,
customize, sort, etc.

Thank you!  I reported a regression between 4.x and 5.x.  And yes, it sounds
like you fixed exactly what I asked for, so that it works as well as 4.x did. 
I always use a maximum text length of -1 for long fields, so I don't set the
max explicitly for anything that is very large.  That was a quick turnaround
time too.  I really appreciate it.

That being said, even though it isn't a regression (I just checked, it was
broken in 4.x too, and maybe earlier but I didn't check that far back), and I
don't need it fixed, and I wasn't complaining about it originally, there is bug
with the maximum text length field that has been there for a very long time. 
If the actual upper limit of maximum text length is > 500k characters, it seems
that the maximum text length field ought to be able to go higher than 32767
unless there is some underlying software engineering reason it shouldn't (i.e.
maybe the underlying design of the box can't enforce a max text length of >
32767 without major slowdowns, so the user should be forced to just use -1 for
those).  If there is an engineering reason it can't be higher than 32767 it
should automatically snap back to -1 rather than its last value if someone puts
in a higher number.  Right now it snaps back to whatever it was before, which
is what it did in 4.x.

If I can give you any more information about this, or anything else, ask.

Whether or not you end up fixing the other longstanding max text length box
bug, you fixed the regression, and that makes the software usable for me again.
 I really appreciate your efforts, both on my particular bug and in general.

I notice that when I want to change the line width after drawing a line in
Draw, now the only way is select the drop down value, can not typing any number
in the custom area. If I have a number that copy into the clipboard before, I
can right click and paste the value from clipboard, but can not use CTRL+V to
paste, if you do that, the Draw will crack immediatly.

I see something similar with the Cinnamon desktop, too. 

There the toolbar and statusbar separators are in place only in the full screen
window. When the window is resized, the position of the separators is not
updated, leading to exactly the same image like with Mate and compositor.
