Confirming behavior reported on windows 10 Pro 64-bit en-US with 5.1.3 release
build and current 5.3alpha0+ master. The empty (white background withing frame)
dialogs occur with default rendering and with OpenGL rendering. The initial
click on the button sometimes results in one initial dialog with text, but the
button label text becomes selected--and any additional dialogs open empty.

Hi

(In reply to Commit Notification from bug 77985 comment #6)
> Winfried Donkers committed a patch related to this issue.
> fdo#77985 make calc function NETWORKDAYS comply with ODFF1.2

Thank you for working on this.

The ODFF1.2 states(*):

"optional 4th parameter Workdays ... which days of the week ... in order
Sunday, Monday,...,Saturday. So, the default definition of the work week
excludes Saturday and Sunday and is: {1;0;0;0;0;0;1}"

I may be wrong but it seems you use Monday, Tuesday,...,Sunday order.

Steps to reproduce: open the NETWORKDAYS.ods attached
- In C11 the result is not correct using {1;0;0;0;0;0;1}
- In E11 the result is correct using {0;0;0;0;0;1;1}

this used to work. the problem started 11th, continues 12th. nightly build from
10th still works.

this issue might be related to recent work done on template manager / templates
in startcenter.

someone should contact akki. I have not seen him on IRC. maybe mail him.

@Adolfo: It would be great to have the slider plus spinbox like we have for
transparency in the area content panel of the sidebar, but in this case, i'd
say we should go for a combobox with presets like we have in the dialog for
resolution.

[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 100341] New: add crash reporting for LO on OS X

2016-06-12 Thread bugzilla-daemon
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=100341

Bug ID: 100341
Summary: add crash reporting for LO on OS X
   Product: LibreOffice
   Version: unspecified
  Hardware: All
OS: All
Status: UNCONFIRMED
  Severity: normal
  Priority: medium
 Component: LibreOffice
  Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org
  Reporter: libreoff...@openmailbox.org

We all agree that crashes are the most annoying bugs. If a software crashes, no
work can get done, it looks unprofessional and is a really frustrating
experience for users.

So, in order to tackle this, since LO has so many crashes, devs need to
prioritize. Working on the most common crashes is a sane strategy.

To know which crashes are the most common, we need crash reporting.

moggi has implemented the server side for this and it's ready for usage also on
OS X, but LO only has capability to send reports from Linux & Windows.

**Feature request**

Please add crash reporting capability to LO on OS X.

The language can be applied with cell style, where you have two options:
· For font 'Font-tab'
· For cell format 'Numbers-tab'

You can create a cell style for every language from default style or other, and
apply them as you need.

The dialog grew larger because it now has redundant sets of controls: you can
tweak a value by controlling both the spin buttons and the sliders.

There are several ways to fix this large dialog:

- Have just spin buttons and remove the sliders
- Have just the sliders (we’ll need to add ticks to them), and remove the spin
buttons
- Make the “Image Information” section collapsible (it was in the first version
of this dialog, but I removed that… I can change it back if you guys wish).

@Tomaž, would you like to chime in? :-)

Are useful those sliders? Not easy to fix an exact value. I think they are only
fine with live preview.
Could be better instead one up-down control. two for every field, one with +-1
and another one with a value proportional to the range of values
+-5|+-|10+-50|+-100.

It would be nice for all controls with values on all LibreOffice's dialog.

clearer, the steps are:
1. open a sheet that has been saved (.xls or .ods).
2. open a different sheet and right click on the tab of the second sheet.
3. choose Move/Copy sheet.
4. the actions are grayed out with "copy" as the selection.

I wonder if it's really an inconsistency. While simple properties like the area
color is set for multiple shapes, what function is applied to more than one
object? It's like the rotation that does not affect single objects but the
selected group, and users could expect to close all points into one big object.

So how about doing the opposite and disabling the close bezier function on
multi selection. This could be an easyhack (not setting the flags yet).

You can actually do that - go into

The feature acts correctly in Writer's Image dialog's crop tab, so its about
unifying its behaviour.

> Instead of behaving differently for cropping and scaling, we should have one
> simple function, "Restore to Original" or "Reset Image".

Yes we definitely need a "Reset Image" uno command that becomes active if an
image is resized and/or cropped. Not sure if i've already filed a bug for it,
but if not, please do file it and CC me. :D

[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 100339] New: FILEOPEN

2016-06-12 Thread bugzilla-daemon
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=100339

Bug ID: 100339
   Summary: FILEOPEN
   Product: LibreOffice
   Version: 5.1.2.2 release
  Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
OS: Windows (All)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
  Severity: normal
  Priority: medium
 Component: Calc
  Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org
  Reporter: michel.au...@gmail.com

LibreOffice Version: 5.1.2.2 (x64) Build ID:
d3bf12ecb743fc0d20e0be0c58ca359301eb705f

When I try to open one (important ..) calc file, and not the others,
LibreOffice try first to repair the file (closed without any problem the last
time and perfectly OK on my laptop) and then it refuses to open it and sends me
the error message : "SEH exception : ACCESS VIOLATION".

The files works fine in my other computer and in the same computer but in Linux
environnement running OLDER VERSIONS (4.XX) of LibreOffice

[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 60543] Remember the URL of the currently applied personas

2016-06-12 Thread bugzilla-daemon
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=60543

The URL is not, as far as I can tell stored. However, the Personas themselves
are in a folder for each personas after LibO 4.4, for example on my Linux Mint
5.1 system,
Folder .config/libreoffice/4/user/gallery/personas/Office 2003 for LibreOffice/

Personas files: header.png, footer.png, and preview.jpg.

The font settings are lost but can be restored using the EXPERT CONFIGURATION.

On Advanced Settings > Open Expert Configuration
Search for Persona. You will find two MISC settings Persona and
PersonaSettings.
You can edit these string settings.
Persona should be set toown
and PersonaSetttings should be set to the individual Personas Folder and files
found in the user/gallery/personas folder.

For example in the Personas-OCH folder
Personas-OCH/Header.jpg;Personas-OCH/Footer.jpg;#ff;#f5f5f5
Where the first # point to the text #rrggbb colour. #ff is plain red in
this case. The second colour setting is ignored.

ON a recent survey for the Firefox Personas Plus Add-on, the ability to install
themes privately on your own computer was rated most important feature. In my
case, I only install private Personas I have created myself and reside only on
my system. I would welcome LibO providing this support

Having transparency for the page background sounds not reasonable to me,
neither to tweak other settings. So my suggestion is that you add a special
shape for the background, place it on an extra layer, and we introduce an
option to not export this layer, just like the printable option. Meanwhile you
could easily cut/paste back this object for the export, which would be faster
than going to the page settings.

Problem was reported with LO 4.4.5.2.
Behaviour becomes better with LO 5.0.x.y, works o.k. for the first recalc and
then stops working.
With LO 5.1.3.2 I've not problems anymore, works everytime with F9.

The feature request to improve the object selection is valid and would be a
valueable upgrade. However, the proposed freehand/polygon selection is not
really the Libreoffice style. We should rather make the objects easily
accessible in the Navigator.

Adding this to the layers meta ticket because of the relationship to
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=56498 (Layer management).

Zip file that contains a RFT and PDF file

Dear all,

I'm support a Radio Frequency scanning tool that finally provides reports in
RTF file format. This files can be imported by MS Office easely. Because our
software is a non-profit tool we would like to suggest LibreOffice.
I wonder if you kindly could check the attached demo file and, if possible,
improve the import of LibreOffice.
In addition, if you see any improvements for improvement of our RTF output
file, we would like to consider too.

Best regards and many thanks for your hard work on LibreOffice!

https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=100337

Its a REGRESSION it not happens in LO 4 only LO 5
Our users are confronted with empty Msgboxes , empty Erromessages, and also
enmpty Dialogs (xray)
Verry hard to reproduce sometimes the box is empty, next time its normal.
It happens always when there is a dialog on the screen with a "rendered" image
in the screen. But sometimes it happens also with normal Dialogs and no
rendered images init. The number of controls affect the behaviour.
The rendering of a image is done in the Dialog.peer.

oRenderer = createUnoService("com.sun.star.graphic.GraphicRendererVCL")
oRenderer.Device = odialog.Peer.createGraphics.Device
oRenderer.DestinationRect = sRectan
oRenderer.render(oGraphic)

The attached document show the bug
push the button in the document to open a dialog where the document image is
shown for cropping.
Then push on the button in the dialig and a EMPTY error messsage will been
showed.

The same happens with:
mssbox
"print" output from basic
xray dialogs
