Throws no general error; the cells that were not updated show a REFERENCE error. Forcing update using Alt-E-K "Links to External Files" in Edit menu) then updates the references. Not a real killer problem, but it's annoying. Has happened randomly in 6.x releases - some work correctly, others don't. So I can't point to a specific thing that might be causing this, except for the fact that the updates fail when enabling updates the first time after opening the file. Never had the problem in 5.x. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open file with numerous external references. Should have references to at least two external files. 2. When the warning about external references being disabled displays, click ENABLE button. 3. Proceed to work with file. External references to one of the multiple external files will show a REFERENCE error. 4. (Workaround) Enter Edit-"Links to External Files..." (keyboard shortcut alt-E-K still works), select all external files, and click "Update" when complete, Close. All external references will now be updated including those not updated after opening. Actual Results: About 60% of the time, nothing unusual happens - everything updates as it should. About 40% of the time, one file's links will not update and must be updated manually. Expected Results: All external links would be updated after enabling them on FILEOPEN. Reproducible: Sometimes User Profile Reset: Yes OpenGL enabled: Yes Additional Info: It's happening more often in the latest release (6.2). But it happened occasionally with most of the 6.x releases. The same workaround is effective in all of them. It *never* happened in 5.x. Perhaps a timing or threading issue of some kind? 6.x seems to use more multithreading than 5.x did. Confirmed working as expected in 6.1.4.2, broken in 6.2.0.3 Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create a new sheet. 2. Format all cells with Format code [HH]:MM 3. Set A1: 01:30 B1: 01:15 C1: =A1-B1 4. I used rows 2-24 to do the same thing with 02:30/02:15, 03:30/03:15, ... Actual Results: All cells in column C show 00:15 Expected Results: Some (but not all) cells in column C show 00:14 Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: Occurs only after upgrading from 6.1.4.2 to 6.2.0.3. It hangs on the splash screen or the bar loads and it goes away, but nothing else opens. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Began with no LibreOffice on the computer and Flatpak fully installed. 2. Start LibreOffice or one of the programs (Writer, Calc, etc) through terminal or clicking the icon. 3. Watch the fail Actual Results: Install through the app center, bash, or install from Flatpak website (by clicking "install" at the top of the page). I have started it by clicking on the icon and through the terminal, but it will not get past the splash screen. Sometimes the splash screen will load all of the way and disappear, or it will freeze and stay that way until I "kill" the operation in system monitor Expected Results: That LibreOffice will run and I can use it. I was excited to update to newest LO 6.2 because it supposed to have rewritten and fixed global menus in Plasma or at least that is what I heard. To my disappointment global menus are worse then they were before. Before they worked and just occasionally they were doubled or some instance was inactive but with re-focus, it was quickly gone, so previous bugs were not so noticeable. Currently, global menus are doubled. Usually, the first instance is inactive, the second one works but sometimes it can be inactive too. Focusing to another window with global menus and going back to LO fixes the inactivity issue but doubled global menus stay all the time and there is no way of getting rid of them. I checked with other Manjaro KDE users and they reported the same problem (but not all of them so there is some important variable here that I haven't identify yet). Moreover, the same bug seems to be present in vala-panel-appmenu in xfce so the bug may be more general. When I double click the diagram again, the correct new range is shown, but the old range is still shown when I leave the diagram again. I have to save the document and reload it to make the diagram appear correctly with the new X range. It also happens sometimes when changing anything else than the data range in a diagram. Once the change is done and the diagram is left, the old state of the diagram reappears. I then deleted my entire profile folder so when I restarted libreoffice would create a default profile. Same results although it may be a second quicker, I didn't actually time it before. I tested it in 6.1.5 from a fresh download and the issue is not there. The macro completes quickly. I tested with a newly generated profile and my current profile. No perceivable difference so it appears to be some change from 6.1 to 6.2 is causing this. I see that you tested it in a gtk environment. Do you have access to a kde environment? I'm running Kubuntu 18.04.2 (KDE 5.44.0 / Plasma 5.12.7). Maybe it has to do with the switch from kde4 to kde5? Drew Jensen, The only third party tool I use is MRI but that is all commented out. Do you mean the 'Clear Everything' buttons? I wrote that code and keep it under the Standard dialog instead of the spreadsheet itself because that's where I keep all the code. I didn't include that code in this bug report since it isn't relevant in this case.
