In my Desktop folder I create the Error-Hyperlink.xls and the folder X containing a jpeg file PIC.JPG. Clicking the hyperlink in Calc opens the jpeg file in Preview. This works even if I make the case-spelling of the actual file name (e.g., Pic.JPG) differ from the PIC.JPG spelling in the =HYPERLINK(...) formula (as would be expected for a case-insensitive file system on macOS). However, if I remove the Desktop/X/PIC.JPG file, I get the (unfortunately somewhat misleading, for that scenario) "... is not an absolute URL that can be passed..." error message. This bug is that: LibreOffice selects the wrong font to display in the formula bar in the not-editing stage. When the formular bar is in editing stage, LibO seems to use Arial font, if I understand correctly, which is what supposed to be. The wrong font doesn't limit to Purisa font; sometimes LibO uses another font in the above zip file. I still can't figure which font LibO will use. 2. If the CTL option is enabled and set to Thai, or is disabled, this bug appears. If the CTL option is enabled and set to anything but Thai (such as Hindi or Telugu), font will not flip between editing and non-editing stage. Meanwhile, I've currently got LibreOffice 6.2 running in a Kubuntu VM and 5.1.6.2 running in my not-quite-outdated-yet Ubuntu MATE operating system. This is a great example of version freeze disadvantages.
