The remaining spacing problem can be easily resolvable by removing the spacing after setting of the paragraph, but this is not a general solution, only an ad hoc one for an ad hoc problem. I've attached an unit test, when there is no such problem, but the document still contains the same extra spacing after setting, showing that minor differences from MSO's table layout can result such problems easily. I suggest to create a new issue for the remaining very special table layout problems. In the doc model dump I found the property of the line. This looks pretty wrong, since the is a half page (13500 twips) upper and lower space reserved for the line. Therefore layout code thinks the line covers the whole page. My problem is that I'm not familiar with doc-import filter. I am not sure where and why this wrong space item is set. An attempt to "figure it out on load" failed. That attempt was "tdf#91083 ww8import: set table keep/split properties if emulated". Problems with that emulation were seen in bug 104333 when: tables that span multiple pages, and rows greater than one page caused problems, so just removing the enhancement that tried to emulate what the original odt looked like. In Romanian "electrica" doesn't mean something, but it is a national energy company with that name. In fact the most used word is "electrică", except the case from above. About the "8" number I supose this have to do with setting the cell to be text.
