Indeed, it seems the fix has been lost.
So fixed again, see:
master branch:
https://weblate.documentfoundation.org/translate/libo_ui-master/scmessages/nl/?checksum=d7f7ae3937ebd230

6.4 branch:
https://weblate.documentfoundation.org/translate/libo_ui-6-4/scmessages/nl/?checksum=d7f7ae3937ebd230

6.3 branch:
https://weblate.documentfoundation.org/translate/libo_ui-6-3/scmessages/nl/?checksum=d7f7ae3937ebd230

However, these must be integrate in the next releases.
Will it be in 6.3.5 or 6.3.6?
Will it be in 6.4.0 or 6.4.1?
No idea...
I'm only sure it'll be in future 7.0

Christian: any idea why the fix had been lost? + if you have an idea in which
releases this last fix will be integrated?

[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 130559] New: LibreOffice crashes when opening a document in print preview

2020-02-10 Thread bugzilla-daemon
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=130559

Bug ID: 130559
Summary: LibreOffice crashes when opening a document in print
preview
   Product: LibreOffice
   Version: 6.4.0.3 release
  Hardware: All
OS: All
Status: UNCONFIRMED
  Severity: normal
  Priority: medium
 Component: Calc
  Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org
  Reporter: marce...@zonnet.nl

Description:
When you open a document in Calc and has one of more charts, and you open that
document in print preview, LibreOffice crashes. This behaviour is the same on
Windows 10 and Linux (Manjaro in this case).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LibreOffice Calc
2. Open an .ods-file which hold charts or create one
3. Go to "print preview" to see the result

Actual Results:
When closing print preview, LibreOffice crashes.

Expected Results:
When closing preview, everything should be fine and shouldn't crash at all.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: Yes

Additional Info:
The thing I noticed is that a filed and resolved bug is reintroduced again: the
rendering of lines in tables in Calc is incredibly slow in print preview, like
it's never been solved.

Info about LibreOffice:
Versie: 6.4.0.3 (x86)
Build ID: b0a288ab3d2d4774cb44b62f04d5d28733ac6df8
CPU-threads: 4; Besturingssysteem: Windows 10.0 Build 18363; UI-render:
standaard; VCL: win;
Locale: nl-NL (nl_NL); UI-taal: nl-NL
Calc: threaded

Same behaviour on LibreOffice 6.4.0. in Manjaro 18.1.5. And in both cases it
doesn't matter if OpenGL is enabled or not.

Not really. That one is a general "always four digit years", but actually the
default is determined by individual locale data. Some countries officially
prefer 2-digit and some 4-digit. If Italy now prefers 4-digit we can change the
default in *-IT locale data.

The same mistranslation is reintroduced in LibreOffice 6.4.0.: In Calc the tab
"Extra" is once again called "Exta" (without the "r").

Why keep old and resolved issues be reintroduced in newer versions? Something
is not going right here. Throw the old files away permanently and continue with
the new, fixed files where the issue is solved. This keeps coming back in every
new point release since 6.2.

I won't report it the next time. It gets on my nerves, like it's useless to
report issues.

It was the time the screen rendering was better too.
Why changing things that works better in the history?
Please - this should not be an attack - just a question to think about.

Hi Eike, I surely can do, but isn't it substantially the same as Bug 30821?

[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 130480] search for regular expressions not usable any more

2020-02-10 Thread bugzilla-daemon
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=130480

It was never possible to search for multiple empty paragraphs with ^$^$
One empty paragraph can be matched with ^$, which anchors an otherwise empty
expression to start and end, and is explicitly handled in Writer
sw/source/core/crsr/findtxt.cxx FindTextImpl() with bool bChkEmptyPara = ...
used in the DoSearch() call.

You'll probably also find no regular expression engine that would support
^$^$^([:digit:]+)$^$^$
in the here intended way. Try at https://regex101.com/

The \n also never matched an end of paragraph, but a newline entered with
Shift+Enter, and still does.
See https://help.libreoffice.org/6.4/en-US/text/shared/01/0211.html for
details.

Hi Dieter,
Thanks for your contribution.
Regarding the ellipses: "If the text that follows the ellipsis continues the
same sentence, the word after the ellipsis is not capitalized. If the text that
follows the ellipsis begins a new sentence, it would be capitalized.",
according to thepunctuationguide.com. The same rule applies for French.

Randy:
I really really hate people being so aggressively rude - Would you please mind
your word when typing on the web? Did your mom taught you how to communicate
with others? To respond to your rude words, I would just say 操你大爷的。

To the specific question you have raised, what you have said = you said
nothing. I appreciate your wishing LO to be better, but in my opinion your idea
is as broad as "LO will be as good as XXX if it has all the features of XXX".
You can do this in a chat room, in your blog post, and someone may support you
while others may oppose of - but here on bugzilla, it's not a discussion list.
All bugs filed here need to be evaluated in a proper way, if it make sense,
then mark as NEW and let the devs to fix, and if not a bug, should be closed in
time. Otherwise the whole process will be in a mass.

I closed your bug as NOTABUG because your request is not a valid request, it
contains many feature requests while none is specific. One feature should go to
one single bug report yo make sure it be implemented properly.

If you disagree, we can discuss, but stop being rude, otherwise I will surely
fight back!

I mark this back as UNCONFIMED and add keyword needsUXEval.

[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 126133] Calc does not import xlsx correctly - Chart axis title rotated

2020-02-10 Thread bugzilla-daemon
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=126133

This happens because for the tag there is value:

set. Which is wrong (left), it should be:
  (below)

Excel imports this value and corrects it after saving to a different file.

https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=130453

I don't think this issue is about low-level rendering as such, but about
fitting the whole application plumbing into the Cocoa document architecture,
NSDocument etc. See
https://developer.apple.com/documentation/appkit/documents_files_and_icloud/developing_a_document-based_app?language=objc
