https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=122444 --- Comment #16 from Jim Raykowski --- It took me a while to notice the brief showing of the fontwork name in the Navigator Drawing object before changing to 'ShapeX'. [Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 128507] Make higher zoom levels possible/available on iOS
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=128507 --- Comment #6 from Tor Lillqvist --- Actually, I think that it is completely pointless to show the zoom percentage (and the pop-up menu for them) on tablets. (We don't show it on mobile phones.) The zoom values lack any connection to reality anyway. 100% does not mean that the size of the document on screen would exactly match its printed size (if printed at 100% on the desired paper size), far from it. Also the plus and minus buttons and the View > Zoom In, View > Zoom Out, and View > Reset Zoom menu entries are fairly pointless on tablets, too. (Not shown on mobile phones.) On touch devices you use touch gestures to adjust the zoom, not buttons or menus. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs

I was trying to find recent documents, so I clicked the hamburger menu to find the documents. There was no visible reaction. I switched to a different monitor and noticed the menu on the other screen. Able to restore functionality by either moving just ignoring the issue and moving mouse to other monitor or unmaximizing window (Note: When windowed, the hamburger menu doesn't switch monitors even when pushed to side closest to the other monitor. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Calc or writer with either Tabbed or Tabbed Compact User interface on the left of a multi monitor set up. 2. Maximize window if not already. 3. Activate Hamburger menu on upper right hand side. Actual Results: Menu then shows on the monitor to the right of the window Expected Results: The menu should expand to the left of the button allowing the user to stick to the same monitor. If there will be the following styles: - Default (Drawing Style) - Accent - Accent 1 - Accent 2 - Accent 3 - Status - Bad - Error - Good - Neutral - Warning Draw/Impress has the same predefined styles like calc for Cell Style. And you can make shapes with Default and Accent 1, ... Bad , ... copy the drawing into a new template file will change the drawing according to the Accent, ... style colors. I'm thinking on gallery elements like Network shapes you know from MS Visio [1] where the shapes use the predefined styles Default for the generic shape and Accent 1 for the Accent stuff. Change the Styles or use another template will change all gallery elements from Default (tango blue) and Accent 1 (eg. gold) to Default (black/white) and Accent 1 (purple). But not only gallery elements can change the design easy, also drawings done by styles support will change there color. This does not seem to happen in Column B. Please see attached demo spreadsheet. STEPS TO REPRODUCE (if not using attached demo): 1. Select A2 and B2, rightclick->Format Cells... Click Numbers tab, set format code to 0.00, then OK 2. Enter the value 1234567.894999 into both cells. 3. Ctrl+mousewheel to change zoom. [Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 115747] Can't edit file on samba shares ( see comment 28 )
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=115747 --- Comment #41 from chuck.pob...@gmail.com --- I have been battling this bug (of if not this bug a similar one) off and on for quite some time. Most recently with Libreoffice 6.4.2.2 on Linux Mint, I can not open a file from my server (SMB share - Ubuntu 16.04). The program crashes almost immediately and never opens the file. The program does not crash with Libreoffice 6.3.5. I can use other programs and open files including copying files with my file manager Nemo or editing and saving text files with xed. So this must be related to libreoffice. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs

[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 132133] New: Can't protect only the format of a sheet
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=132133 Bug ID: 132133 Summary: Can't protect only the format of a sheet Product: LibreOffice Version: 6.3.3.2 release Hardware: All OS: All Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: medium Component: Calc Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org Reporter: c...@chrblee.net I've designed a spreadsheet with particular cell borders, column heights & widths, and font sizes. Nothing elaborate. My students have to enter data by whatever means they wish, but without altering the formatting; for the spreadsheet to be of any use, the appearance of the data has to remain compliant with a particular pattern. I can't find a way of protecting only the formatting of a sheet. Paste-Special, and macros which I don't know how to write (in the absence of an ecosystem to match VBA), are not solutions for 12-year olds. Bug 88108 dating from 2015 is nearly a duplicate, but apparently there has been no action on the necessary changes to the odf standard. I've marked this report critical because it concerns one of the missing features that are critical for a competitive position of LO in the educational field. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs
