Still unable to reproduce the crash. I've:
1. Downloaded

2. Opened it with Lo 7.6.5
3. Edited the table tbl_Department
4. Added a new numeric field, changed its decimal places, changed the first
field's autoValue from Yes to No back to Yes... no crash.
If you get a crash report dialog after the crash, please submit that and share
the link to it.
Otherwise, you could:
1. get a debug ("-dbg") build from here:

2. see if it crashes too
3. if it does, get a backtrace by following these steps:

It seems to happen at random, sometimes it works when, for example, I put machine to sleep and then wake it back up, but reboot doesn't usually fix the issue. For one, one may be able to setup a IP Address Management for a few separate
office in a single spreadsheet without the need to install a whole system and a
database to do it.
For another, one cannot order subnetted IP ranges with the TEXTJOIN function
you suggested.

However, I'm afraid, there's nothing we can do about it. If Windows Installer was told to modify the registry during installation, we have only two choices: either restore the original values on uninstallation *unconditionally*, or leave the modifications on uninstallation *unconditionally*. The second is not an option. We can't keep associations to LibreOffice, when we uninstall LibreOffice. Since there is no logic in Windows Installer, that would allow to only remove added/modified registry entries in certain cases, we have to opt to #1. In the end, it is a usual mess, when two installed programs compete for the same associations. At some point, MS made even greater mess, associating ODF files to MS Office apps unconditionally, and even made sure to re-associate on every app start; for some time, that made co-existence of the two suites on the same system unbearable.
