Yep. Same symptoms: The horizontal lines looked like tiny dashes, so they visually stood out compared to the vertical dots. It was also tried against Corel PDF Printer too. Additionally, the output was physically printed on an HP printer. If the file is EXPORTED as PDF, the output is correct.
