Reproduced in 7.3.0.3 and 7.4.0.3

However, not reproduced anymore since 7.5 with commit
77cce80bb56801acf22da2149bd597d0d7793e3b for bug 121327 (checked with
linux-64-7.5 bibisect repository).

As suggested, please update to 7.6 or 24.2.

It is the most recent available from the Linux Mint you use, but it's end of
life was November 2022. You can quickly test a newer version as an appimage:

Version: 7.3.7.2 / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 30(Build:2)
CPU threads: 12; OS: Linux 5.15; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3
Locale: nl-NL (nl_NL.UTF-8); UI: nl-NL
Ubuntu package version: 1:7.3.7-0ubuntu0.22.04.4
Calc: threaded

System:
Kernel: 5.15.0-97-generic x86_64 bits
Desktop: Cinnamon 6.0.4
Distro: Linux Mint 21.3 Virginia

to my best knowledge the libre office version i have is the most recent
automatic download. but i could be wrong if it source is outdated directory.
maybe the information above adds something.

Do you have the Yrsa font installed? I don't and it falls back to some other
font and exported PDF is fine.

You are running an old version which does not have the fixes for bug 104403 and
bug 121327. The only remaining special case would be bug 105488 "Support
multi-colored fonts using SVG table".
