Problem was with corrupted user folder, maybe due to one of power cuts. Now
problem is solved.

P.S.: maybe it is better to add link to that checklist to Enter Bug form (near
the "read the bug writing guidelines").

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED, if the problem persists. Change to RESOLVED
