Thank you for your feedback, let's put WFM then since there's no specific patch
which has fixed this.

I tried it with a build of 5.2.1.1 today and it seems the problem is gone for
the moment.

Such a relief!

On pc Debian x86-64 with master sources updated today or with LO Debian 5.2.0.2
package, I don't reproduce this.

Would it be possible you retrieve a backtrace? (see
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/BugReport/Debug_Information#GNU.2FLinux:_How_to_get_a_backtrace)

More info... Using Ubuntu 16.04

the error happens only with the precise order of events:

1. you need to use the drawing tool on page 2 approx near Q8.

2. then you need to type something on the next page. following q10 such that
some of the typing ends up on to the next page (new page 3). using carriage
return and then typing on the next page also triggers it. if you made more
space by using carriage return at Q8 that then pushed the Q10 response area to
the next page also works to trigger it once you type on the next page.)

3. you then need to save the file.

4. you then need to close the document via the red X.

5. the crash happens and the libre office document 'recovery' dialog is shown.

drawing alone doesnt trigger it.
tryping on the same page as you drew doesnt trigger it.
typing alone doesnt trigger it.
doing it in the reverse order doesnt trigger it.

The key events seem to be using drawing tool then followed by typing on the
next page.
