Well, you can send the .dot files to me via email and I can try to replace the
logos in MSO so the problem remains.

The original .dot files have logos and if I try to modify them I will change
anchorage etc, so if they are really necessary I prefer to send them in
private...

Yep, I confirm the problems, but it would be great to get the actual .dot file
as otherwise this is not so scientific ;)

I attached two documents that are not opened correctly. Both documents are
saved in doc, docx, odt and pdf formats. Bear in mind that changeing the images
modify slightly the document, so maybe some other incorrect behaviour is hidden
by doing this; nonetheless it's already representative of the problem.
