Description:
In Fedora 25, whether on X or Wayland, with the GTK3 version of LibreOffice, if
you start your LOo app maximized, once you demaximize it it will become
minuscule (something like 400x200 pixels) instead of using the last saved size.
In contrast, if you start the app with a non-maximized window, when you
maximize and unmaximize it it will retain its previous size.
