The chart text positions are visually the same. Started in 3.5, looks like implementationError, not a regression. Happens with Labeled Hierarchy but only if text is single line. If edited in MSO to have multiple lines, looks OK in LO. I'd say this is incorrect usage of Labeled Hierarchy but Lo should open it properly.
