Repro LO 6.2 and 7.1. No repro 7.2 and 7.3+. So this seems like WFM.

Now in styles.xml there is font size:

Workaround; Change font size in style "Default Cell Style". For example change
to 12pt. Then change back to 10pt. Make sure in tab 'Organizer' that the
'Contains' section has '10pt'.

If I create a new document with Excel, and save it with .ods format. The size
fonts are saved well, because if I open the file with LibreOffice Calc or
Calligra Sheets the size of letters is the same that in Excel: 11.

Se mi kreas novan dokumenton kun Excel, kaj mi konservas ĝin en formato .ods.
La tiparo estas bone savita, ĉar se mi malfermas la dosieron kun LibreOffice
Calc aŭ Calligra Sheets, la grando de la literoj ankoraŭ estas 11 (kio ĝi estas
en Excel).

Si yo creo un nuevo documento con Excel, y lo guardo con formato .ods. El
tamaño de letra es guardado bien, porque si yo abro el fichero con LibreOffice
Calc o Calligra Sheets el tamaño de las letras sigue siendo 11 (que es el de
Excel).

Standar must be the same behaviour. Do ISO 26300:2006 said the default
behaviour for size font? If not then LibreOffice must write the default size
format for all document. If yes then Calligra Sheets, LibreOffice Calc or Excel
must use the default size font.

Normo ĉiam devas havi la saman konduton. Eble ISO 26300: 2006 diras, kio devus
esti la konduto de la grando de la letero? Se la respondo estas NE, tiam
LibreOffice devas skribi la defaŭltan grandon en la kalkultabelo. Se la
respondo estas jes, tiam ili ĉiuj devas uzi la difinitan defaŭltan grandecon.

¿Error?
Un estándar debe tener siempre el mismo comportamiento. Acaso ISO 26300:2006
dice cuál debe ser el comportamiento del tamaño de letra? Si la respuesta es no
entonces LibreOffice debe escribir el tamaño por defecto en la hoja de cálculo.
Si la respuesta es sí, entonces deben usar todos el tamaño por defecto
definido.

I didn't find a font size attribute of the Default cell style in the xml files.
Regina, is something missing when exporting an ods file from LibreOffice or do
I miss something and the other apps are doing something wrong?
