The problem is still reproducible with the latest LO 7.6 dev master:
Version: 7.6.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 2478d4b1a4cec495f1bf68f1e62c01031cdeec86
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19045; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: fa-IR (fa_IR); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

Other than text color, the text box dimensions are wrong in some of the pages
like page 6.

This bug is actually still there in LO 7.5.0.0.alpha0+
(f3a82a8ba51195cf31b0f78164735acc7ebbcd2f) / Ubuntu.
So, not a duplicate of bug 105460 it seems.

2. Test your bug
3. Leave a comment with your results.
4a. If the bug was present with 3.3 - set version to 'inherited from OOo';
4b. If the bug was not present in 3.3 - add 'regression' to keyword

Please search before submitting. Also prepare minimal test sample. 
There are bugs for PPTX text color problem because "automatic" is not set.
Related or duplicate of Bug 103800 or Bug 105460.
