LO doesn't have "Fax send" button by default. There's "Send default fax" button that can be added to toolbar. If "Tools - Options - LibreOffice Writer - Print - Fax" is empty, fax cannot be sent, it gives the warning. Similar, File-Print-Fax opens fax configuration dialog is not present. Cannot reproduce and looks Invalid.
