Description:
When icons in LO are set to show in menus (in Settings): menu commands without
icons do not align to the start of menu commands (with icons) text, but to
their icons.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set icons to show in the menus.

Actual Results:
See attached screenshot.
Expected Results:
Text of menu commands should be aligned to same width, irrelevant if icons are
present or not.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
