The two characters after `ory` (i.e., the 9 and the space) have language=Hindi;
and are RTL (you may see that if you move through the text using arrow keys).
The CTL font for the span (which is used for Hindi) is FreeSans, that is likely
to be missing from the Windows system. The CTL font may be seen if CTL is
enabled in Options-Language Settings-Languages.

What I could see is the following:

1. Open attached document
2. Mark the first line and change font to "Liberation Serif"
3. Add a '9'

Result: The '9' that already has been in the text looks different

Ole, can you confirm this?
