There have been thousands of bug fixes and commits since anyone checked on this bug report. During that time, it's possible that the bug has been fixed, or the details of the problem have changed. Open Help-About 2. Select and copy text and immediately click Close 3. You can see it takes 6 seconds until window is closed. Repro way back to OO and now with 6.2+ master in Windows 7. Also reproduced slowness in Draw with text box in master. 1. Create text box with some text 2. Ctrl+A, Ctrl+C, click outside, Ctrl+V 3.
