We also have a need for this from clients. The feature is in Google Docs

Libre office is reported, but i have not confirmed, to have the functionality
using ALT but it is not present in the connector.

One of my Users also complained about not having this feature available. It

just installed 4.0.6 - much faster, it's such a pity that rows/columns freeze
feature is not available.

The relevant version is the Online part, which is 4.0.5 for CODE. The feature
needs to be developed in online as well, not in core.

IIRC somewhere it was mentioned that the rows/columns freeze feature should be
available in collabora 6

Well, the Collabora representation of LibreOffice in Nextcloud is getting
better all the time, but the column and/or row freeze option isn't available
through them yet.

due to the technique used, scrolling is relatively slow, hence scrolling back
and forth to see column and row headers is not an option.

please implement freeze column and rows also  in Online as it is available in
the desktop version
